Payment options

With us you can shop comfortably and securely 24h a day. As a payment option, in addition to prepayment by bank transfer, we also offer Klarna and PayPal (PayPal or credit card).
SEPA

Payment method prepayment by bank transfer
After your order you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. In it you will find all details about your order and our corresponding account details for bank transfers in Euro or Swiss Francs. Please note that transfers in Euro as SEPA standard are just as fast, reliable and inexpensive as domestic payments. If you have chosen prepayment, please transfer the total amount incl. shipping costs to our business account stating the order number. Please note that your transfer will be credited to our account after up to three business days. After receipt of payment we will ship your order by the fastest way.

Klarna payment methods

The payment is processed by our partner Klarna. Once your goods are shipped, you will receive instructions from Klarna on how to complete your payment. You can manage all your purchases via Klarna.com or the Klarna app and even pay with just one click. If you have any questions about your payment with Klarna, feel free to contact Klarna customer service directly.

PayPal payment method

When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website after completing the order and can pay the invoice amount via your PayPal account. But even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay as a PayPal guest in a few steps without registration by direct debit or credit card.

Your bank or credit card details are stored securely at PayPal and are not transmitted to us
Your data is protected by the SSL protocol with a key of 128 bits (the highest commercially available security level)
You will receive an extra email confirmation from PayPal for each transaction, giving you the info that we have received your payment
PayPal transactions are checked by fraud protection models to immediately detect and counteract fraudulent activities
If you choose this payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal login page.

Shipping terms

For Germany: Standard deliveries are made by parcel service (DHL or DPD) within 3 - 5 business days after receipt of payment, provided that all items are in stock. Deviating delivery times are indicated in the item description and in the shopping cart. For shipping and packaging costs, we charge you a regular flat rate of 4.90 euros. For standard shipping, we deliver free of shipping costs from a value of goods of 49.00 euros incl. VAT within Germany. → Delivery to DHL packing stations within Germany is possible. However, please note that the package dimensions must not exceed 60 x 35 x 35 cm.

For the European Union: Standard deliveries are made by parcel service (DPD) within 3 - 6 working days after receipt of payment, provided that all items are in stock. Deviating delivery times are indicated in the item description and in the shopping cart. For shipping and packaging costs, we charge you a regular flat rate of 9.90 euros.

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Standard deliveries are made via DHL. For shipping and packaging costs, we charge you a regular flat rate of 9.90 euros. Any import costs will be borne by the recipient.

The shipping costs are also displayed immediately before submitting the order in the online store. We reserve the right to offer in our online store completely or temporarily only standard delivery and / or temporarily waive the collection of the shipping fee. Any additional charges for customs, taxes or other costs shall be borne by the purchaser. Delivery condition is Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Return policy

We are sure that you will be satisfied with the high quality and careful workmanship of our products. However, if something is not one hundred percent right, you have the option to return your order to us within the first 14 days after receipt of the goods and exchange it if necessary. The condition is that the ordered products are unused and free of damage. We recommend that you return the goods in their original packaging and do not remove any attached labels: this will save you and us time and inconvenience in the event of a claim.
